Sometimes just a weekend away at local hotel, resort or Spa can be a great gift. You can call the hotel ahead of time and the concierge can help you to plan fun activities available in the area.

There's great deals being offered on 'destination' getaways (Florida, Southern California, Vegas, etc.). These deals change all the time so you will probably find one that suits your needs pretty fast. This can be a long weekend kind of thing, and it can be had pretty cheap.

A cruise can work too. If you ever have been on a cruise you know how relaxing and fun it is. They can also be pretty cheap. You don't have to commit a whole week or more either, as most cruise lines have 5 night cruises.
